Insurance (history). Insurance. Provision. Legal regulations of insurance. Labour code and compensation of a damage. The insurance of liability for damage. Insurance of motor vehicles. Insurance of population sector. Property insurance and airport and airmeeting. Insurance of medical expenses, health insurance, pension insurance. Insurance of industry and enterprisers.

Learning outcomes
|
To contribute graduates in orientation in the area of insurance, at its kinds of forms, at the valid legal enactments.
After graduation of the subject the student has a board view about areas of insurance and reinsurance premium market with the scope of world economy, he takes control problems of a damage compensation and employee's and employer's liability after of labour code and next legislative standards valid in the Czech Republic. He takes one's bearings in offer of insurance productions and he makes out it to assess from look of user. He understands problems of personal life insurance, of property and liability and he knows basic insurance productions and conditions from area of insurance vehicles, transport and transportation namely both on Czech and international market.

Prerequisites
|
The student must take control of premium mathematics, has knowledge to analyse segments of market and works with written text in the form of laws and of others legislative standards.

|
Oral examination, Written examination, Home assignment evaluation, Student performance assessment, Oral performance analysis
The student must during the semester also at the final examination to approve understanding solve problems and ability to separately adjudicate and evaluate economic market trend to the extent of traverse matter. The tutor will notify the concrete requirements to the students within the first week of the term.
