Course content
Introduction - history and meaning of project management, fundamental terms and principles of project management. Pre-project activities - phase before - investment, opportunity study, feasibility study, administrative procedure. Phase and life cycle of project - investment and realization phase of project. Phase and life cycle of project - operational phase of project, termination of project. Resources and the tools of project management.Methods for the support of project management. Project controlling. Financing of project, costs and prices in projects. Financial and economic analysis of project, management of finances project. Project diversifications and their management changes of project. Contractual relationships, contracting management, human resource management.

Learning outcomes
The subject provides methodical knowledge about manage of projects in all phases of project life cycle, with focus on the projects from area of the transport, with computer support.
The student has survey about methods of project management, he is able to create project plan in the computer program MS Project.
Prerequisites
It is assumed routine encompassment of basic techniques of operational research.

Oral examination, Written examination, Home assignment evaluation

The student must during the semester also at the final examination to approve understanding solve problems and ability to separately create and to vindicate the project plan in the computer program MS Project. The tutor will notify the concrete requirements to the students within the first week of the term.
