Course content
Introduction to postal services provision Main aspects of items sorting and transportation National postal operator (range of activities, organization etc.) Postal rules and principles, operational documets on workplaces Common sending conditions and additional services Receiving of postal items Organization and postal transportation plan Handle, operational and transport means of postal transportation Postal items processing Items evidence and transportation documents International postal traffic Removal of anomalies and failures consequences in postal transportation Checking and evaluative system in postal transportation, dispatcher management of postal transportation Items processing in Tracking and Tracing system, checking line-up and evaluation of system

Learning outcomes
To make students acquainted with the principles of the technology proceedings postal operation. Students get conception about the organization of postal nets, the principles manipulation of the different remittance in individual stadium of postal networks, the problems concerning of quality at delivery postal services, the specific of the international postal process, the usage of information technologies in terms of the technology of postal operation etc.
After passing this subject the student acquires deeper knowledge of the process administration postal service, the organizational and technological security of the individual stadium postal network and the legislation aspects of postal operation. He orients on the postal market enough.
Prerequisites
The tutorial is independent of others subjects.

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral examination

The student has to prove deeper knowledge of the organization, technological, manager and marketing aspects of the process administration the postal service and the postal operation with regard on the valid and related legislation during the term and the final exam. The tutor communicates to students the particular specifications during the first week of the term.
