Learning outcomes
The objective of the course is to acquaint students with the currently applied procedures of dynamic strength classification in the field of steel construction, and to teach them methods of lifetime assessment.
After the course completion the students are able to use (theoretically as well as practically) methods of lifetime assessment of vehicle constructions.
Prerequisites
The course enrolment for Erasmus students is possible only after approval of the lecturer/guarantor of the course topics based on a proof of previously taken courses and their content.
Assessment methods and criteria
Oral examination
During the semester the students have to demonstrate (at seminars as well as at the final examination) their understanding of topics and their ability to solve the course exercises independently. The lecturer informs the students of the specific requirements at the beginning of the semester.
