Course content
Taking the AutoCAD Tour - CAD systems, Navigating the Working Environment, Working with Files, Polar... Creating Basic Drawings - Creating Basic Objects, Displaying Objects, Using Layers... Altering Objects - Selection Of Objects, Commands - Erase, Move, Rotate..., Construction Commands, Information about Objects, Hatching Objects Annotating the Drawing - Creating Single Line Text, Creating Multiline Text, Editing Text, Using Text Styles Dimensioning - Creating Dimensions, Using Dimension Styles, Editing Dimensions Working with Reusable Contents - Using Blocks, Using Tool Palettes 3D Modelling Classification - Final assignment

Learning outcomes
The course goal is a student acquainted with a computer program AutoCAD and basic techniques of drawing in 2D and 3D.
After course completion students know how to use program AutoCAD and basic engineering drawing.
Prerequisites
Knows basic technical drawing.

Home assignment evaluation

Awarding credits confirms that the student has fulfilled attendance and other qualifying requirements. Conditions for obtaining the credits are - active work at seminars, submission of the final course assignment.
