Course content
Cleaning the railway vehicles (RV) and their parts, vehicle weighing. Defektoscopy. Renovative methods at maintenance. Theory of surface and technology of surface edits. Maintenance of wheelset, maintenance of axle bearings. Maintenance of bogies, maintenance of body case and body case frame. Maintenance of electrical arrangements. Maintenance of combustion motor. Maintenance of select parts and auxiliary equipment of RV. Maintenance operation, orderong of maintenance halls, manipulation means, working environment, working and hygienic conditions.

Learning outcomes
Students acquired the elementary knowledges about organization of servicing, maintenance and about technology of repairs of the single constructional parts of railway vehicles.
Student is able to working activity associated with technological pages of maintenance process.
Prerequisites
Encompassment of Operation of Railway Vehicles is supposed.

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral examination, Written examination

The examination has the written part in test form and oral part.
