Course content
|
Introduction of the problemacy, definitions of DS. Reliability and quality management. Basic and fenomenological scheme of DS. Basic economic aspects of diagnostics usage. Classification of DS. Diagnostic magnitudes. Extreme values of diagnostic magnitudes. Subsystems of functional situation, failure localization, prognosis of development of technical state, diagnostic model, DS management, human factor. Selection of diagnostic magnitudes. Diagnostic conformity complex numbers. Global evaluation of DS use.

Learning outcomes
|
The goal of the course is to introduce fundamentals, characteristics and structure of diagnostic systems (DS) to the students (setting a technical state, failure localization, prognoses of the next service of a transport vehicle and its parts).
A graduate of this course will gain an overview and knowledge needed for using diagnostic systems at renewal of transport vehicles, reliability and quality management, and while protecting of environment.

Graduation of the course of Operational reliability and diagnostic systems I.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Oral examination, Written examination
Assignment confirms, that the student of full time study took part in requested measures in the compulsory lessons and that he fulfilled requirements which are conditions for receiving it - i.e. designing a project of a selected topic. A student must prove the ability of individual work on a task during the semester.
