Production management - its characteristic and position in the management system Strategic, tactic and operative management Production system - its features and normative basis - (norm of material and work consumption, norm of capacity) Project engineering (economic point of view on technological selection Operational planning of production and production control (MRP, Kanban...) Qualitative aspects of production management (fault detection and validation of manufacturing and measuring equipment) Operation efficiency of manufacturing equipment - maintenance management

Learning outcomes
|
Give the information about product management and about basic calculation, which are used in the production (focused on quality aspects assurance).
Studying the course student will obtain information about product management principle. He will be able to carry out basic calculations, which are used in process manufacture (focused on quality aspects assurance).

Oral examination, Written examination
Exam from this course (form, conclusion, duration) is in conformity with Studying and examining rules of University Pardubice. During final exam student has to prove his understanding of topics mentioned above and to prove ability to solve assigned tasks individually. Particular requests will be past to students in the first part of education by tutor.
