Course content
Introduction to the subjekt. The security risks and their identification. The definitions of basic concepts. The risks of transport buildings. The methods of excesuting to risk identification. Risk identification. Information sources, the project documentation. Territorial and building management. Modern methods of risk analysis . The definitions, basic concepts. Using methods of risk analysis. The choice of methods, assessment, conclusions and recommendations. Prevention and risk management. The basic definitions and concepts. Prevention and risk management in terms of safety of work. Legislation in the field of safety of work and risk management. Duties of legal persons, natural persons and personnels in term sof safety of work. Legislation in the area of security, risk assessment and impact on the environment. The law on the protection of public health. Categorization of work. The scope of the protection of public health. Safety adviser for the transport of dangerous loads. Obligations safety adviser. Transport of dangerous loads. Classes of dangerous loads. The classification of dangerous substances and preparations.

Learning outcomes
Give information about methods for identification and analyse of the important construction and operational risks regarding transport.
Studying the course student obtain basic knowledge about methods for identification and assessment of the most important environmental construction and operating risks for selected type sof road construction and transport. They will be familiar with risk management.
Prerequisites
Knowledge of chemistry and ICT in the range of secondary studies.

Oral examination, Written examination

Exam from this course (form, conclusion, duration) is in conformity with Studying and examining rules of University Pardubice. During final exam student has to prove his understanding of topics mentioned above and to prove ability to solve assigned tasks individually. Particular requests will be past to students in the first part of education by tutor.
