Course content
|
Tests of rail vehicles framework of development and within the scope of approval procedure. Strength tests. Tests of safety against derailment. Brake tests. Strain gauge measuremets of mechanical deformations (stresses) of vehicle constructions, principle of measure wheel sets. Excursion on railway test circuit and dynamic test stand. Summary of discussed topics.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Oral examination
During semester students have to demonstrate (at exercises and at final examinations) that they understand topic sense, and that they are able to solve exercises on subject matters independently. Teacher tells students concrete requirements at the beginning of semester.
