Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing), Dialogic (discussion, interview, brainstorming), Work with text (with textbook, with book), Projection
Learning outcomes
The course acquaints students deeper with the construction layout of selected parts of driving railway vehicles, especially as for dimensioning and theoretical requirements.
Student is able to analyze the geometric and mechanic parameters of construction of driving railway vehicle mechanical parts. He/she is able to solve the construction problems of railway vehicle undercarriage parts.
Prerequisites
The student has the elementary knowledge of mathematics, physics, mechanics and machine parts.

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral examination, Written examination, Creative work analysis

Obtaining course credit is conditioned by participation at seminars with one enabled absence per semester and passing the credit course test. The examination consists of a test and an oral part.
