| This lesson inquires into the technical equipment for a safe detection of the presence and non-presence of the railway's vehicles. The lesson contains the following issues: The transmission of the electrical signal through the track circuit. Track circuit analysis - Analysis of the free status, occupied status, disrepaired status of track circuits. Transmission of the ATP signal. Track circuit synthesis - the methodology of the synthesis and optimalization, the influence of the terminator impedance. Special sorts of the track circuits - branched track circuits, track circuits without insulated joints, track circuits with electrical joints. Specific applications of the track circuits. |
