Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing)
Learning outcomes
Introduction to experimental methods and measurement in transport projects.
Completing the course the student gets an overview of the basic measurement methods and their practical applications. It can actively work with electronic information sources. It is closely informed with digital measuring systems working on PC based measuring card and measuring exchanges, these measurement systems are applied for the measurement of non-electrical quantities especially electricity, the listener is introduced with standard methods for analysis of measurement data and signals in time and frequency domain, orient methods used in the design of measurement systems and test methods, and in this area the practical laboratory experience.
Prerequisites
Knowing the basics of high school physics, mathematics, computer science.

Assessment methods and criteria
Written examination

Examination in the subject (format, content, duration) is given by the Upa rules for Study and Examining. Attendance in the examination is conditioned by the achieved credit
