Course content
|
Organization management and maintenance of roads. Inspections roads, winter maintenance. Roadway structural layers. Bearing capacity of roadways and its detection. Surface characteristics of roadways. Faults of roadways. Road databank. Repair and reconstruction of roadways. Remediation of soil. Equipment maintenance of roads. Maintenance, repair and reconstruction of transport structures. Repair and reconstruction of asphalt pavements. Repair and reconstruction of concrete pavements. Basic road building materials, the requirements placed on them and their use in the construction of roadways.

Learning outcomes
|
To acquaint students with the reconstruction and maintenance of the roads.
After completing the course the student is familiar with the area of reconstruction and maintenance of roads.

Prerequisites
|
In terms of coherence it is necessary that the student has fulfilled subject KDS / PSPKP - Design and construction of roads.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Written examination
Assessment confirms that the time student attended the extent required of compulsory education and that fulfilled the requirements with which the awarding. Terms of the credit determined teacher. Test of the object (form, content, duration) is determined in accordance with the Study and Examination Regulations UPa.
