Course content
|
History of development of roads, dispensation of roads, ownership and management, road property, parts and accessories for the road, the basic elements of the roads design (routes, vertical alignment), the basic terminology of road, design speed and speed standard, width layout of roads, direction and vertical alignment route length outlook for overtaking and stopping, road communication in cross-section, housing roads, communications and water resources protection zones, surface drainage, buildings, equipment security, the choice of road construction, intersections, local roads.

To familiarize students with the design, construction and reconstruction of roads.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Oral examination
Credit is confirmation that the student attended full-time study at the required level of compulsory education and that met the requirements, which was conditional on the granting of credit. The conditions for credit grant specifiesinstructors. The test of course (form, content, duration) is determined according to the study and examination rules UPa.
