Course content
1. Selected legislation in Transport StructuresSources of financing the construction and reconstruction of infrastructure in the Czech Republic. 2. Operational Programme Transport. 3. STIF - State Transport Infrastructure Fund. 4. European Investment Bank. 5. The partnership of public and private sector financing of transport infrastructure by 2025. 6. Project documentation. 7. Traditional delivery system (DBB), one supplier delivery system (BOT) delivery system (DB). 8. Engineering in construction projects, contractual relationships, direct participants in the construction project, other participants in the construction project. 9. Financing construction project, payment schedule, track budget and costing model, valuation works, selection and specification items. 10. Construction organization plan, construction schedule, the funding scheme construction contracts. 11. Pre-production preparation, production implementation works and the end of construction project. 12. Construction diary, Exercise: basics of the program Kros Pluskills in Kros Plus software

Learning outcomes
The aim of the subject is enable to students get basic knowledge from the field of control, financing and economics in transport and equip the student with general knowledge about connection between several sections and apply procedures in transport.
After completing the course, students are able to relate technical knowledge with knowledge of economics, financing and management in transport. Student is able to identify participants in the management and financing of transport infrastructure at all levels, knows the specifics of transport infrastructure, orient in transport costs, can distinguish between transport cost and transport infrastructure cost, has basic knowledge of investment evaluation and project management in transport . Students are familiar with basic legislative rules applicable in the Czech Republic and the EU.
