Authorization of Architects, Engineers and Technicians Active in Construction 13. Speed-up of Construction of Transport Structures

Learning activities and teaching methods

Learning outcomes
Objective of this course resides in familiarization of students with basic jurisprudence, legal terminology and legal standards mainly within the scope of construction law. Students gain awareness of particular sections of the Civil Code, Administrative Procedure Act, acts of right on information and environmental impact assessment, as well as the of the Building Act and regulations related to it.
Orientation in the basic legislation in the field of traffic engineering. The ability to use these legal standarts in practice experience.

Written examination

Draw up a semestral project according to the parameters set by lecturer.
