Course content
|
1. Risk management - detection, identification, analysis, evaluation, management, acceptance and monitoring of risks in transport. 2. Crisis management from the point of view of the state and in the department of transport, the concept of extraordinary events, crisis situations and crisis states and their classification. 3. Theoretical foundations of protection and restoration of transport infrastructure. Critical infrastructure, criticality assessment. Analysis of systems and links between individual elements of critical infrastructure, dynamics of events in the system, methodology for assessing the sensitivity of disruption of infrastructure functionality, methodology for assessing the criticality of transport infrastructure. Further. Further consultations are mainly focused on selected problems according to the thematic areas of individual students' dissertations.
