The fundamental theoretical as well as practical knowledge with the main demand on applications in different fields of transport engineering. Foundry technology, welding and renovation technologies (most significant welding methods and their application in track and transport mechanisms, methods of hard surfacing and renovation by welding), forming technology and cutting technology (basic machine tools and cutting tools, with special emphasis on cutting vehicle parts - maintenance and repairs of vehicles).
Students will acquire basic knowledge of engineering technology. Students will be able to collaborate on problem-solving of this area.
