Course content |
Selected parts of railway transport terminology. Functions of the railway station. Principles of the service in railway transport. Transport documentation. Graphic time table - general provisions, trains and shunting. Controlling of railway transport in context of time schedule in real time (incl. railway station techniques). Shunting between stations. Closures of traffic on the station and line tracks and impact on the controlling of railway operation. Solution of the inadequate capacity in exceptional cases. Using and transport of locomotives. Using and transport of the special vehicles. General conditions for coupling of vehicles into train. Obligations of members of train crew. Obligations of members of train accompaniment. Mean of signal of the non-portable signalling devices. Signals for shunting. Other signals, signals on vehicles, special signals. The main principles of the directive for simplified controlling of railway operation. Organizing of the railway operation without "conducting." Organizing of the railway operation with "conducting." Selected parts of other ČD-directives. Time reserve, summary of the subject matter.

The aim of the subject is to give information to the students about the controlling of railway transport in context of time schedule (graphic time table) in real time and to inform students about the principles of transport service.
The student is able to be well informed about the basic operational directives in the field of railway transport. |
