Úvod do problematiky provozu železniční dopravy. Studenti získají přehled o evropském železničním právním rámci a vypracují projekt provozu vlaků na jimi navržené mezinárodní železniční lince. This course aims to provide students with an introduction to the complexities of Railway Transport Operation. Students will gain an overview of the European railway legal framework and undertake a project focused on the operation of a train on an international railway line of their proposal.

Ústní zkouška, Rozhovor, Prezentace
Student absolvující předmět Railway Transport Operation by měl mít zájem o železniční dopravu, přepravu, technologii, provoz a ekonomiku. Základní znalosti z těchto oblastí jsou výhodou, avšak klíčová je schopnost analyzovat a řešit provozní a technologické problémy v kontextu železniční dopravy. A student taking the course Railway Transport Operation should have an interest in railway transport, freight and passenger services, technology, operations, and economics. Basic knowledge in these areas is an advantage, but the key requirement is the ability to analyse and solve operational and technological challenges in the context of railway transport.
