Learning outcomes
The course Analysis of Toxicologically Significant Substances is intended to broaden the student's basic knowledge of general toxicology in terms of toxicological examination of diverse biological samples using new analytical procedures. I.e. to provide a basic overview of modern analytical methods and their possible applications for the analysis of biological samples. Systematically, the course can be divided into 3 main blocks: methods (procedures) of sample preparation, analytical instrumentation and specific procedures for the analysis of individual groups of substances. The task is to creatively apply modern analytical procedures and instruments to the analysis of various real biological samples.
