This course familiarizes students with instruments typically used for measuring of basic physical properties of materials. The thermoanalytical and other industrially important instruments are used in the course. The course extends the practical knowledge of students and also their abilities in the areas of experimental data collection and evaluation and obtained results presentation.
The graduate of this course will gain the basic knowledge about the thermoanalytical and other methods used in industry for determination of selected physical properties. He will also improve his ability of obtained results presentation.
