The safety work in laboratory of clinical biochemistry, diagnostic sets The determination of selected ionts and stop elements The determination of total protein, albumine and selected acute phase proteins Electroforetic separation of proteins in serum The determination of glucose in serum, oral glukose tolerance test, the determination of glycated hemoglobin The determination of triacylglycerols, total and HDL cholesterol Imunochemical determination of apoproteins The determination of creatinine, urea and uric acid in serum, glomerular filtration The determination of clinically important enzymes The determination of catalytic concentration of isoenzymes of laktátdehydrogenases The determination of total and conjugated bilirubin, the determination of carbonylhemoglobin and methemoglobin Chemical determination of urine, the determination of vanilmandelic and homovanilic acid in human urine The examination of spinal fluid
