1st week Epithelia. 2nd week Connective tissue - ligament, cartilage, bone, muscle. 3rd week Circulatory system - heart, blood vessels. 4th week Lymphatic system - lymphatic organs and vessels. Blood. 5th week Respiratory system, digestive system 6th week Urinary system. Week 7 Male reproductive system. Female reproductive system. 8th week Endocrine system. 9th week Nervous system. Week 10 Senses. 11th week Principles of microscopic techniques, chromogens, fluorochromes. Staining of preparations. 12th week Cell and tissue imaging. Fluorescence and confocal microscopy. 13th week Modern microscopic techniques (SIM, STORM, STED)

Learning outcomes
|
The subject deals with the description of the basic microscopic structure of tissues and organs of the human body, i.e. it deals with general histology and also special histology. In addition, topics describing different types of microscopic and staining techniques are discussed.
