Course content
1.-2. week: Isolation of DNA from different types of biological materials. 3.-4. week: DNA spectrophotometry, calculation of isolated DNA concentration. 5. week: Horizontal agarose gel electrophoresis. 6.-7. week: week: PCR, amplicon electrophoresis. 8.-9. week: week: Length polymorphism of restriction fragments 10. week: Electrophoresis of DNA fragments in polyacrylamide gel 11.-12. week: Interpretation of molecular detection of pathogens. 13. week: Search training in the Human Genome Mutation Database
