Learning activities and teaching methods
Laboratory work
Learning outcomes
Practices of general microbiology, the influence of intrisic factors on the growth of microorganisms, the principles and preparation of biochemical tests for indentification of microorganisms. Students also govern determination of microorgnisms in air, water and surfaces.
Student governs kultivation techniques and identification of microorganisms using biochemical tests.
Prerequisites
KBBV/C509

Assessment methods and criteria
Written examination, Home assignment evaluation, Systematic monitoring

A classified credit is based on the assumption that student graduate all the experimental works, prepare protocols, final written exam and succesfull identification of test sample.
