1.-2. week Isolation of DNA from various types of biological materials - execution, detection, evaluation 3.-4. week Isolation of RNA from different types of biological materials - implementation, detection, evaluation 5-6 week Spectrophotometry NK, calculation of concentration and purity of DNA and RNA - execution, detection, evaluation 7-8 week DNA electrophoresis in agarose gel - execution, detection, evaluation 9-10 week PCR method - use, execution, detection, evaluation 11.-12. week Practice working with databases, examples 13th week Credit test
