Course content
1. Human resources management and it´s position in company. Analysis of conditions on labour force market. 2. Work and job positions analysis - process and methodology of analysis, description of work places. The first part of seminary work - description of work places preparing. 3. Personnel planning - process and methodology. 4. Recruitment of employees - internal and external conditions and sources, instruments and methods. 5. Selection of employees - criteria and phases, methods. The second part of seminary work - preparing of CV and covering letter, ask fot work place. 6. Admission and adaptation of new employees - formal needs of admission, adaptation area. 7. Redeployment of employees - importance, forms and methods, preparing of organization changes, outplacement. 8. Education and development of employees - system of education in company, methods. 9. Career planning - definition, criteria, stages of career. 10. Staff appraisal - methods, appraisal interview - problems and mistakes. 11. Reward system - reward and performance, forms of rewards, benefits. 12. Motivation systems - conception, negotiation. The third part of seminary work - preparation and attendance at selection interview. 13. Employee relations - it´s compass, negotiation, conflicts, employeecare. 14. Application and mastering of basic managers skills in personnel work.

Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing), Dialogic (discussion, interview, brainstorming), Methods of individual activities
Learning outcomes
The goal of this subject is to give to the students the basic information concerning the personnel management, to let them know contents of the personnel work, managing skills and bases of a personality psychology.
After finishing their studies of this subject the students are able to orientate themselves in the personality psychology area. They know the basic managing skills and understand the contents of the personnel work. The knowledge learned during this subject can make the students life easier in various social groups, can make easier the start of their job or their carrier path.
Prerequisites
Knowledge in mathematics and business economics and management on bachelor level is needed for study of the subject.
