Course content
Introduction to commercial law. Skilled trades. Business register. Of the company. Public company. Limited partnership. A limited liability company. The joint-stock company. Obligations. Contract. Legal liability. Purchase agreement. Contract for work. Lease. Mandatory contract. Commission trade. Bank contract. Other selected the contract. Securities.

Learning outcomes
The aim of this course is to acquaint students with the Commercial law. Emphasis will be placed on business, commercial companies and commercial contracts.
The listener is able to focus in the Comercial and the Civil Code after completion of the course.
Prerequisites
General knowledge on bachelor level is needed for study of the subject.

Oral examination, Written examination

The test is written and oral.
