Course content
Introduction to the law. Human Rights. Sources of law and legal norms. Relations. Implementation of the law. Property right. Community. Other substantive law. Intellectual property. Labour relation. Working hours and holidays. Relations to property. Civil proceedings. Proceeding before the court of the first instance. Remedial instruments. Execution. Insolvency proceedings.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing), Dialogic (discussion, interview, brainstorming), Work with text (with textbook, with book)
Learning outcomes
The aim of this course is to acquaint students with the basics of the law. Emphasis is placed on legislation of human rights. Attention is given to selected questions of civil law, employment law and civil procedure.
After completion of the course is listener able to focus in civil, commercial and labour law.
Prerequisites
General knowledge on high school level is needed for study of the subject.

Oral examination, Written examination

The test is written and oral.
