Course content
Corporate financing as a system of money flow. Sources of finance. Banking system of the Czech Republic. Term deposits and loans. Leasing, factoring, forfaiting. Payment systems. Financial markets. Equity and debt financing. Depreciation as the fundamental internal source. Earnings. Dividend policy. Cash flow.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing), Dialogic (discussion, interview, brainstorming), Work with text (with textbook, with book), Methods of individual activities
Learning outcomes
The goal of lessons is to make students acquaint with the scope of corporate financing, i. e. with flow of money from raising money and capital over their control to investment of free cash.
After finishing the course students should have the basic notion about the possibilities and tools used in corporate financing. They should be able to solve elementary problems and make basic decisions in the field.
Prerequisites
Knowledge in mathematics and business economics taught within the bachelor study is needed for study of the subject.

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral examination, Written examination, Home assignment evaluation

Oral exam required. Levels of acquired knowledge, approaches, as well as skill in practice application are examined. During term the knowledge is being verified by one test, its result is considered as a part of final classification as well as a result of the project.
