Growth of single crystals. Thin and thick films preparation. Vacuum technology. Materiáls for microelectronics. Inorganic fibers. Glass fibers for telecommunications. Powders.

Oral examination
Oral examination. During semester students write 2 test with 20 questions. Students also write a report (5 pages) on a given subject (material or technology). |
