Course content
Interduction to the material printing problematics. Basic terms in area of Inteligent and Active Packaging, Smart Textile, IoT, IoE, categorization of materials in material printing (conductive, semi-conductive, dielectrics, etc.) Printing techniques for materiál printing (Printing forms, characteristics of the techniques) Coating techniques for materiál printing (Printing forms, characteristics of the techniques) Simple functional layers (Antistatic, antimicrobial, luminiscent, fotochromic, termochromic, etc.) Passive components (Coils, resistors, capacitors) and materials for its fabrication. RFID and materials for its fabrication. Printed transistors and materials for its fabrication. Batteries, accumulators, super-capacitors, principles and materials for its fabrication. Electroluminiscent (LEC, LEEC, OLED), electrochromic, thermochromic displays and materials for its fabrication Sensors and materials for its fabrication. Drying, sintering, annealing of layers and its impact to functional characteristics.
