Course content
Laboratory practice is connected on several special subjects and it course as working practice in DTP and press room in Department of Graphic Arts. Every student implements a model printing order from graphic proposal, over computer processing of data to press and corresponding finishing.

Learning outcomes
Course is suitable for students with background in Printing Technologies, Graphic Arts and related technological areas. Obtaining practical experience with full realization of printing order - proposal and preparation printing data, selection and reservation of needed material, press and finishing.
Every student implements a model printing order from graphic proposal, over computer processing of data to press and corresponding finishing. Leavers so obtain practical experience from graphic arts manufacturing.
Prerequisites
Knowledge of courses of Bachelor study program: Introduction to graphic arts and printing technology, Prepress I and II, Typography, Laboratory Practices in Printing Technology I and II, Reproduction Proceses). Knowledge of basic software for prepress is necessary to prepare the print data.

Assessment methods and criteria
Home assignment evaluation, Work-related product analysis, Creative work analysis

Student pass the exam after preparing all the tasks, which are according thecnical and estetical requirements of assigned printed matter.
