Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing)
Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to familiarize students with the rheological behavior of plastic melts, the characteristics of basic processing technologies used for thermoplastics and thermosets, and the influence of additives on the properties and processing of plastics.
The student will gain a general overview of the processing of polymers and composite materials.
Prerequisites
Basic knowledge of organic chemistry, macromolecular chemistry and polymer production technology.
