Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing), Work with text (with textbook, with book), Methods of individual activities
Learning outcomes
The aim of subject is application of knowledges in chemical kinetics, thermodynamics and hydrodynamics, heat and mass transmission to the process of designing and calculation of chemical reactors.
Student after graduation of subject is able to determine basic characteristics of reactive system, to design suitable conditions of exercise and parameters of reactors.
Prerequisites
Physical chemistry, chemical engineering, mathematics.

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral examination, Written examination

The examination is composed of written and oral part. Primary form of exam is the debate about selected themes. Level of acquired knowledge, conceptions and application acquirements is examined. Knowledge is examined by test during semester and its result is included into total classification.
