Week 3: Legislation and state administration based on environmental law. Week 4: Legislation and state administration in the area of EIA and IPPC. Week 7: Legislation and state administration in the field of nature and landscape protection. Week 8: Legislation and state administration in the field of agricultural land and forestry protection. Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the course is to create a basic idea of the legal regulation of individual components of the environment and the organization of state administration in the field of the environment. The course completes the complex environmental issues presented in the subjects Ecology and Environmental Fundamentals.
After completing the course, the student is able to orientate in the issues of legal regulation of individual components of the environment and in the organization of state administration in the field of environmental protection and creation. Basic legal service in the field of environment is provided for further activities of the graduate.
