Course content
The course is aimed to study of pressure wave generation, its properties and its application gas, liquid or solid environment from both theoretical and practical sides (explosion induced acceleration of matter, fragmentation of materials, explosion treatment of materials, explosive working and cumulative effect).
Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing)
Learning outcomes
The course has to show the theoretical base pressure wave propagation in various environments and its practical utilization.
Students will have theoretical base for application of pressure wave (shock, detonation) in the industry or army.
