Learning outcomes
|
The course introduces students to the issues of solving specific emergencies involving the occurrence of hazardous substances. It combines knowledge from the subjects Fundamentals of Chemistry and Fire Dynamics, Introduction to IZS and Legal Aspects of Fire Protection, Chemical Service, Technical Service, Operational Management of Intervention with a Leak of Hazardous Substances. This knowledge is applied to case studies of specific emergencies and the course of their overcoming and liquidation is evaluated.
The student will gain knowledge in the area of solving specific emergencies involving the occurrence of hazardous substances. He/she will combine knowledge from the subjects Fundamentals of Chemistry and Fire Dynamics, Introduction to IZS and Legal Aspects of Fire Protection, Chemical Service, Technical Service, Operational Management of Intervention with a Leak of Hazardous Substances. He/she will apply this knowledge to case studies of specific emergencies and will be able to evaluate the course of their overcoming and liquidation.

Prerequisites

Knowledge of the subjects, Fundamentals of Chemistry and Fire Dynamics, Chemical Protection Means, Chemistry of Hazardous Substances, Detection of Chemical Substances and Decontamination, and Fire Department Chemical Service.
