Course content
Basics of business on the Internet. E-business and E-commerce. Elements of a business plan. How to write a business plan and sample of the business plan. Marketing on the Internet. Failure Mode and Effects Analysis. Custom design of BPMN diagram and business process diagram. Organizational chart. Strategic analysis. Use of SWOT, SLEPT, SMART, Model 7S and BCG matrix. Basic financial indicators and Altman Z-score. Creating e-shop using PrestaShop. Basics of working in teams. Belbin team roles. Information security in organization. Information Security Management System (ISMS). Modeling of specific business processes and creating of BPMN models. Modeling with using of ARIS software tools.

Learning outcomes
The course is only for ERASMUS students. The aim of the course is to get students acquainted with creation of the business plan and with trends in areas business on internet using current information.
Students are going to gain deeper knowledge of business on the internet, how to write a business plan, how to design BPMN diagram and business process diagram, how to use strategic analysis and the basics of working in teams.
Prerequisites
Basic knowledge of work with PC (Windows 7, 8, 10 or Linux OS). Notebook with Windows.

Assessment methods and criteria
Written examination, Home assignment evaluation, Creative work analysis

Active mandatory attendance of seminars where selected topics will be practiced and also fulfilling of certain specified requirements.
