Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the course is to gain practical experience in financial market institutions or corporate finance positions.
A student who has successfully completed the course can: orient themselves in selected internal processes related to finance in financial market institutions or companies; search, process and interpret information related to finance in a given financial market institution or company. A student who has successfully completed the course will be able to: cooperate in selected aspects of financial management in a given financial market institution or enterprise; propose possible alternative approaches in selected aspects of financial management in a given financial market institution or company in relation to the current situation and trends in the financial market. A student who has successfully completed the course is able to: summarise in a comprehensible way the views on financial management in a given financial market institution or company to other members of the team; Communicate information about financial management in financial market institutions or firms to professionals and lay people in a clear and convincing manner.

Assessment methods and criteria

Student performance assessment, Presentation
By the end of the winter semester of the final year of study, the student must have worked at least 150 hours in the selected organisation, with the scope of practice corresponding to the focus of the study programme. It is assumed that the internship will be completed outside of scheduled classes. In order to receive credit, it is necessary to submit a Report on the course of professional practice and an Evaluation of the organization with documentation of the number of hours worked in the practice.
