Learning outcomes
This course uses the basics from two previous courses, which are: Managerial economics and Basics of finance. Attention deserves explanation and determination of the basic terms and relations which are related with financial restructure of the firm. Presented are also the real examples of realisation of the process firm and financial restructure. Goal of the course: The goal of the subject is to characterize the process of the financial restructure of the firm in larger economical relations and to introduce students with modern tends in sphere of a firm´s managing, to teach them how to use modern methodical tools in process of implementation the firm´s changes and by the form of implementation of change to protect the development of the firm.
