Restructuring, revitalisation and reengineering. Restructuring and crisis in the company. Company restructuring as a decision making process. Effects of company restructuring. Financial restructuring as a part of company restructuring. Cash flow optimisation. Financial structure of the company and its optimisation. Company bonds in the process of financial restructuring. Restructuring of the proprietary and partner relationships. Proprietary, partner restructuring and protection of economic competition.

Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the course is to define the process of the financial company restructuring in broader economic connection and acquaint the students with actual trends in the system of company management, teach the students how to use modern methodical instruments in the process of implementation of the changes in the company and ensure hereby further development of the company.
Students will be able to define and explain basic terms and connections related to the financial company restructuring, they will know how to solve practical tasks in the process of the company and financial restructuring and how to defend these methods in the discussion.
