Course content

Introduction to managerial games - theoretical foundation, terminology. History of managerial games. Characteristics of managerial games. Types of managerial games. Organization, rules and course of managerial games. Evaluation. Use of IT. Applications - military, education, research, economics, exchange, marketing, international relations, urban development, environment, strategic management.

Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the course is to consolidate and develop practical management skills and abilities through interactive business simulation The emphasis is placed on the simulation business including technical-economic, production and trade links both internal and external.
Graduates of the course will enhance the active form of knowledge in the field of economy and the operation of the company. They will learn how to decide on major corporate activities. They get acquainted with forms of support managerial decision-making and recognize the specifics of teamwork.
