Course content
Transformation process. Globalization. World economy. International management and globalization. Integration processes. Regions and integration. Association of economic subjects. Property and capital concentration. Merger trends. Merger of enterprises. Preparations for the merger. Cluster. Consortium. Interest associations.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing), Dialogic (discussion, interview, brainstorming), Methods of individual activities, Demonstration, Projection
Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to provide basic theoretical information about doing business association and nonentrepreneurial operators globally such as mergers, cluster, consortium of other groups.
To examine, end, design and adapt projects that lead to new knowledge and new practices solutions. The ability to show sustained engagement in the creation of new ideas and practices and a high degree of understanding of the learning process. Detail and think about social relationships and actions lead to their amendment.
