Course content
Ethics - historical development. Characteristic of managerial ethics. Philosophy of managerial ethics. Ethics and process of globalization. Fundaments of globalization process. Relation between managerial ethics and management. Innovation as a method of realization of managerial work. Fundaments of ethics. Specific conditions of managed object and its importance. Managerial ethics and relation to human reactions. Student conference.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing), Dialogic (discussion, interview, brainstorming), Stimulating activities (simulation, games, drama)
Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to acquaint the students with the concept of managerial ethics as well as with risks resulting from its simplification.
The course leads a student to synthesis and application of knowledge learned by studying, need for the continuous deepening and practical use in management.

The graded assignment is granted upon attendance at a conference and passing the final test.
