Course content |
Ethics - historical development. Characteristic of managerial ethics. Philosophy of managerial ethics. Ethics and process of globalization. Fundaments of globalization process. Relation between managerial ethics and management. Innovation as a method of realization of managerial work. Fundaments of ethics. Specific conditions of managed object and its importance. Managerial ethics and relation to human reactions. Student conference.

Learning outcomes |
The aim of the course is to acquaint the students with the concept of managerial ethics as well as with risks resulting from its simplification.
The course leads a student to synthesis and application of knowledge learned by studying, need for the continuous deepening and practical use in management. |
