Learning outcomes |
The aim of the course is to acquaint the students with particularity of economics and management of small and middle-sized companies, especially in the sphere of legal forms of business, setting a company, business plan and budget development, organization, property and capital structure in management, financing and division of labour in a company and particularity of business in selected branches.
Students can use the theoretical knowledge in the field of establishing small or medium-sized enterprises and their management. |
Prerequisites |
Expected knowledge the basics of management, business law, accounting and business economics at the undergraduate level.

Assessment methods and criteria |
Oral examination, Written examination, Home assignment evaluation
The assignment is granted upon attendance at seminars and completion and submission of the seminar paper. The examination is written or oral, respectively both. |
