Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the course is to acquaint the students with basic knowledge of regional management. The course follows up with the Management discipline lectured at the end of the Bachelor study. The set of lectures is started with the information about regional approaches. The interpretation further includes strategic and project management as well as the problems f quality control in public administration.
Graduates of the course acquire knowledge in the field of regional policy and regional management. They will be able to solve the main problems of regions, including the application of modern approaches in regional development.

The graded assignment is granted upon attendance at seminars and completion and submission of the seminar paper on the following topic: Management Analysis of Selected Public Sector Institution.
