Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to acquire necessary theoretical knowledge and global orientation in the problems of regional development. The course develops student's knowledge in the area of planning larger settlement complexes - regions and in a region running processes. It further deals with basic instruments of regional policy and its actual issues.
Students will be able to solve particular problems of regional development (especially at interregional and micro-regional level) in application of regional policies at its individual levels and individual planning instruments (strategic, territorial and economic planning).

Oral examination, Written examination, Home assignment evaluation, Student performance assessment

The assignment conditions: 75 % of attendance, completion of submitted tasks, acceptance of seminar work. The examination consists of written and oral part.
